I am one year post-surgery of a rhinoplasty. I spoke to my doctor about lifting the tip as it still droops down ever so slightly, especially when I smile. He said he can lift it 2-3 mm. I will have almost immediate results-meaning no swelling, bruising or even a bandage. My nose was extremely large and droopy before and he cannot make it thinner, but only lift the tip. Is getting this minor revision going to make a difference in the overall look of my face or is it just something I will notice?
