Will this weird bump on my bridge after nose surgery go away? (Photo)

I had a medical rhinoplasty in May of 2021, and when the cast was removed I had a bump on my nose. My doctor reassured me it because my nose is swollen. We did a steroid shot two weeks ago and it’s still there. I’m not exactly sure what it is. I’ll attach a picture, because my one year hits in May will this eventually go away?
