Could my nose be improved with a cartilage graft Rhinoplasty? (photos)

I would like my nose to be narrower and for the tip to be derotated, is this possible with a cartilage graft rhinoplasty?

Based on these photos, you may be a rhinoplasty candidate? However, only on the basis of in person evaluation and discussion about your goal, one could make decision how to proceed with surgery. Hi, if you had a rhinoplasty before, and your tip is too high, yes, a cartilage graft would work to add volume and lower the tip.

Your nose doesn't have much wrong with it. One of the toughest things is to lengthen a nose that is a little short. Grafts won't do it. Look up on the net before and afters regarding lengthening a short nose. The photos are not at all impressive. So if someone says they can drop your tip down, be very cautious snd keep your expectations very limited. Personally I wouldn't do a rhinoplasty on you. There's nothing to improve upon.

While I cannot make a complete assessment of your nose from photographs alone, derotation and correction of a wide nose are common issues which can be treated with rhinoplasty. 'Open structure' rhinoplasty involves the usage of cartilage grafts to reconstruct and stabilize the nose. This cartilage is typically taken from the septum in healthy patients who have not had prior rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to seek opinion from a Rhinoplasty expert and to find a surgeon who specializes exclusively in cosmetic surgery of the face. Hello and thanks for your photos. The most important factor that affect the result of the surgery is the skin type of the nose. If the skin of the nose is thin enough, you can achieve the narrow nose shape that you desire. The only way to understand your skin type and evaluate your case is having the in-person consultation. I strongly suggest you to have in-person consultation with a board certified rhinoplasty surgeon.
