Hi, if you had a rhinoplasty before, and your tip is too high, yes, a cartilage graft would work to add volume and lower the tip.

Your nose doesn't have much wrong with it. One of the toughest things is to lengthen a nose that is a little short. Grafts won't do it. Look up on the net before and afters regarding lengthening a short nose. The photos are not at all impressive. So if someone says they can drop your tip down, be very cautious snd keep your expectations very limited. Personally I wouldn't do a rhinoplasty on you. There's nothing to improve upon.

'Open structure' rhinoplasty involves the usage of cartilage grafts to reconstruct and stabilize the nose. This cartilage is typically taken from the septum in healthy patients who have not had prior rhinoplasty surgery. It is important to seek opinion from a Rhinoplasty expert and to find a surgeon who specializes exclusively in cosmetic surgery of the face. If the skin of the nose is thin enough, you can achieve the narrow nose shape that you desire. The only way to understand your skin type and evaluate your case is having the in-person consultation.
