Liposuction will eliminate pockets of repository fat, but will not prevent them from redeveloping if one is careless with their diet. We state that following liposuction, one starts with "day 1" of the rest of their lives...maintaining a healthy diet is essential to maintain the result. It is not too late to reverse your present trend. We recommend you consider a keto diet or to simply count calories (there are many apps and online sites...I personally use MyFitnessPal on my iphone!  A regimen of exercise will also help. This hopefully will get you back on track.

you absolutely can enhance your final result by better dieting. Exercise is helpful but dieting is even more important.
