helloI make the vertical scar quite tight on the breast reduction as sadly we are on a planet that is not favourable to us ladies due to gravity! the tissue will want to go south and the vertical scar will stretch over time. This will cause the bottom of the breast to round out and can take 4-6 months. I believe that you are saying you have a flatter bottom to the breast and are waiting for it to go rounder? My ladies are in a softer bra, no under wire for about 2 months and then they decide on the next stage of bra wearing. Some go to none and some to an underwire. Would be best to discuss this with your surgeon but gravity will round the bottom of the breast over time bra or not.Hope this helps
