Can I wear a waist trainer/corset instead of full body faja six weeks after BBL?

Post operative protocols will be provided to you by your PS's office; follow that advice! Plastic surgeon preferences for compression garments and length of time to wear differ. For a period of six weeks, my patients typically wear an adjustable garment with multiple bands so that tension can be adjusted and the areas of liposuction are less likely to get a fluid collection.

I suggest my patients to use a full body compression garment, 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months, to get the best results.
It is important for the compression garment to be very tight, for it to help with the swelling, after surgery. Please, follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

I would suggest contact your plastic surgeon regarding the garment question because each plastic surgeon has his own post op directions on garment wear. Its important to follow them as closely as possible.Final BBL result, the final result of a BBL is usually visible 8-12 months post op. I would suggest you upload your before and after picture. Regarding your concern of a buttock getting smaller. If the fat is injected correctly 30% of the fat injected will be flushed out of the body naturally, if its done incorrectly that number can double.
