I would suggest contact your plastic surgeon regarding the garment question because each plastic surgeon has his own post op directions on garment wear. Its important to follow them as closely as possible.Final BBL result, the final result of a BBL is usually visible 8-12 months post op. I would suggest you upload your before and after picture. Regarding your concern of a buttock getting smaller. If the fat is injected correctly 30% of the fat injected will be flushed out of the body naturally, if its done incorrectly that number can double. Its important to pick an experienced Board Certified Plastic Surgeon. We specialize on Brazilian Buttock Lifts.
