Should I wear an ab board after liposuction if I want a more natural result?

I wanted to get liposuction 360 and use a 360 lipo foam and back board with my faja, but was wondering if I should use the frontal abb board if I wanted a more natural looking result. I do not want my stomach to be flat, just smaller and to add more shape than it has now. Is the abb boars for swelling or shaping the stomach ?
