The most predictable enlargement can be achieved using local tissue from areola to augment and elongate nipples. This will create visible scar(s) on areola which are usually fine. Use of patient own tissue as a dermal graft may also be considered and will provide longer lasting result than fillers, fat, etc. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
