I feel like I'm getting a cold a day before a septorhinoplasty surgery. What do I do? Can I still go under?

So I've been taking zicam since Saturday night and this morning I feel like a cold is starting to kick in. I'm going to continue taking zicam and I'm loading up on orange juice. Will I still be able to go under tomorrow morning and go through with the procedure?
