It looks at though too much filler was used or it was placed to superficially. I would have the filler dissolved using hyaluronidase.

From your photos it would appear that too much filler was used and placed too superficially.  You should have this dissolved and smoothed out using hyaluronidase.  You should consult with an experienced injector.

I would consider finding a good plastic surgeon near you, dissolve the hyaluronic acid filler and replace it with fat grafting. Fat grafting will provide you with permanent than natural looking results. Good luck from New York City
