Filler not working for dent on cheek - what else I can try? (photos)

Hiya! There is an annoying dent in my cheek and I have tried twice to get it fixed with fillers but it doesn't work. Can anyone recommend anything else that might help it. I have put up two photos with one circling it so you can see the area of annoyance. Please help!

Facial sculpting and contouring can be created with well-placed fillers (Voluma, Countour, Radiesse, Bellafill) and Sculptra, which would give improvement in facial balance. Fat or implants are alternatives. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a facial sculpting expert. Best, Dr. Emer

This is my expertise and a huge portion of my practice. Asymmetry is normal and expected. Buccal fat pad gives slimming not symmetry. Masseter botox will make you slimmer and make the jawline more loose. Fillers help give shaping and contouring. If you want perfect or close to perfect symmetry...
