I’m a 32 year old female. In some lighting (see first picture), my eyes look fine but in other lighting (last two pictures), my lower eyelids bulge. What causes this and what’s the best way to make it look better? Do my eyes look old?

From the photos I can see hollowing of the lower eyelids with hyperactivity of the lower fibres of orbicularis muscle on animation. You don't appear to have skin excess.
You could be a candidate for transconjunctival blepharoplasty (incision in the back of the lower eyelid) with re-positioning...
Its hard to say without a physical exam. Its possible the lacrimal gland wasn't fully repositioned or that the dislocation has reoccured. Your doctor may want to get imaging like a CT scan, or even potentially revise the surgery. I'd make sure you consult with an oculofacial plastic surgeon...
I would definitely talk to your surgeon who did the surgery. Additionally, hopefully your dry eye specialist has told you whether you are able to achieve closure even with effort. If you can't get closure even with effort, especially 6mo out, this is starting to enter unsafe territory for your...
