Nose looks asymetrical after rhinoplasty (Photo)

Question

It's been almost 3 months since my rhinoplasty and my nose looks so uneven from the front. The side view is good. The left side goes inwards and the right side goes outwards. The right side also has a small bump on it. It hasn't improved much since last month so I am kinda worried. Idk if this is swelling cause when I touch my nose it's not soft anymore, it is kind of hard.

Hello! Thank you for your question. As far as I can see from your photo your nose might be swollen uneven because 3 months will not be enough for proper evaluation. In contrast to that your nose may crooked to the one side due to surgery defect. It would be better to wait at least 6 months and do the evaluation after that. Best Regards!

Based on your singular photo, you appear to have an indentation along the left side wall of your nose. At 3 months post-operative, this still could be swelling, however, if this does not improve, you may consider microdroplet Silikon-1000 injections to fill the indentation for a permanently straighter nasal appearance.
