Under eye hollows and nasolabial folds - Is this result realistic for fillers? (Photos)

I’ve been looking into filler to help my under eye hollows and nasolabial folds. I assume I could possibly need filler in my temples, cheekbones, maybe midface, tear troughs, and pyriform. I definitely have had some volume loss in the last year, which seems to have been quickly exacerbated after stopping (hormonal BC after almost 15 years (usually high estrogen pills). My undereyes got worse after using prescribed steroid creams around my eyes for eczema and even worse after using a lash growth serum that led to fat loss. I have done some editing to my original photo and I’m just wondering if my edited photo is realistic to what I could expect from a skilled injector.
