After microneedling and any other medical procedure you should follow the doctor's recommendation.
In my experience because the procedure will create small openings in the skin you should not apply any topical creams for at least 2-3 hours. Creams with retin A, glycolic acid, vitamin C are not recommended for at least 4-5 days after microneedling. The most important product to use afterwards is a good quality sun block with physical protection against UVB and UVA, not to be confused with a sun block with chemical protection.
