I have spots on my body red and black around my body and I'm starting to develop random moles. Could I have cancer? (photo)

Also i want to go and see a dermatologist and they said it isn't nothin just inflammation but i feel like its more to it..can anxiety and depression cause these spots... and also should i get a biopsy
