Also i want to go and see a dermatologist and they said it isn't nothin just inflammation but i feel like its more to it..can anxiety and depression cause these spots... and also should i get a biopsy

Hi & thank you for your question. I do not suggest draining  this mole yourself. I recommend seeing a dermatologist to evaluate the area and  possibly treat. Best of luck.
