Will Liposuction work for me or do I need a Mini Thigh Lift? (photos)

Question

I am 45, I do exercise and try to maintain a decent diet. I’ve always had big thighs, always. There is no such thing as thigh gap for me unfortunately but they rub and bother me and I don’t want to wear longer shorts to cover them so they don’t. I’ve been told I’m a candidate for lipo but I’m wondering since it doesn’t tighten if that’s the best thing for me or whether I should look into a mini lift. Obviously less is more and Id rather do least invasive but not at the cost of being unhappy

Your excess fat will get reduced with VASER liposuction and it will also provide a skin-tightening effect. If not then you can go for a mini Thigh lift procedure.

Please consult a board-certified plastic surgeon near you and discuss this in detail.

If a plastic surgeon told you that you have good skin tone, then performing liposuction judiciously will produce good results without any need for any other procedures. At the same time if your Plastic surgeon feels that the skin quality is not that great, you can combine liposuction with tissue tightening technology such as J-plasma. Laser liposuction is minimally invasive procedure(there's no scar left after procedure), which not only removes excess fat, but also tightens skin all in one session. Liposuction, liposculpting and skin tightening technologies in combination during the same procedure would be the nicest results to slim the legs and minimize leg rubbing.

Hello and thanks for your questions and pictures. Considering your pictures and the information that you have provided the laser liposuction is the best treatment option for your case. Laser liposuction not only removes the extra fat tissue on the treatment but also tightens up the treatment skin. I think that lasre liposuction will give you the best result.
