I am 45, I do exercise and try to maintain a decent diet. I’ve always had big thighs, always. There is no such thing as thigh gap for me unfortunately but they rub and bother me and I don’t want to wear longer shorts to cover them so they don’t. I’ve been told I’m a candidate for lipo but I’m wondering since it doesn’t tighten if that’s the best thing for me or whether I should look into a mini lift. Obviously less is more and Id rather do least invasive but not at the cost of being unhappy
