You can get a good to excellent result with liposuction on your abdomen. However, there is a chance you will still have a small roll of skin after the recovery from the surgery. Adding a skin tightening technology like Renuvion can further lessen the chance that you will have a small roll. Tummy Tuck or Abdominoplasty surgery will likely completely remove the roll, however, it will require a large surgical incision that will leave a scar in the same area. A significant drawback of the Tummy Tuck is that is will not address the pubic fat pad. Liposuction can address and correct the pubic fat pad. In summary, Liposuction is probably your best option.
