I would suggest going with an alternative. QWO is an injection designed to treat moderate to severe cellulite. It is safe to use on all skin types. It may be combined with Morpheus, PiXel8 or other skin tightening treatments such as Venus Legacy or InMode Forma to treat skin laxity often associated with cellulite.

you might consider Cellfina to reduce the cellulite. Patients are usually satisfied after the treatment (over 90 %). I would suggest you to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon with experience with Cellfina.

Several liposuction and sculpting technologies exist nowadays.
Although liposuction is about fat reduction, Vaser ultrasound liposuction has often shown a bonus benefit of smoothing the cellulite in the liposuctioned areas.

Laser liposuction in inexperienced hands can do damage. The cannula must not remain stationary in one position for an extended period of time. Otherwise it is as safe as any other form of liposuction.
Cellulite appears to be caused by fat accumulation among the septa as well as overlying skin laxity and skin sag. There are many non-surgical and surgical modalities of treatment available, depending upon its extent.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
