A lot of plastic surgeons advise against laser liposuction because it causes a lot of tissue destruction. But if laser lipo destroys pesky fibrous septae, wouldn't that be beneficial for cellulite reduction? Reducing the number of fat cells while releasing fibrous bands, and stimulating the growth of new collagen?
