based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a TT. Full tummy tuck should tighten your abdominal muscles and remove the excess skin. Flanks liposuction would give you a better shape. Vaser lipo It is a procedure that could help you improve the accumulations of fat in your abdomen and pubic area. Less pain, less inflammation and less bleeding.
In your photos I see a belly that gives an appearance of greater intra-abdominal fat. If this is your case, with lipo, be it vaser or conventional, you will not be able to solve your problem.

In the photographs it appears that you may have a lot of visceral fat which is causing the protruding of your abdomen. It also appears that you may have some extra fat in the flank/love handle area. From your photos, I note significant fullness of the abdomen with minimal fullness of the flanks. There is no hanging pannus.
Abdominal fullness may be due to superficial fat accumulation between skin and muscle or deep (visceral) fat accumulation around your internal organs. The former can be laser liposuctioned. The latter requires a regimen of diet and exercise. A physical examination is required to differentiate.
Visit a board certified plastic surgeon for evaluation and discussion.
