Isotretinoin (Accutane) should not cause any stretch marks. It is interesting though that you have been on the medicine for 2 years. I usually use it as a 4-6 month course and then discontinue it. I don't decrease the dose for development eczema. Everyone is susceptible to eczema if their skin dry's out and this medicine definitely dry's skin out. I would recommend moisturizing 2-4x/day and I usually prescribe a topical corticosteroid which resolves the issue. Best of luck!
