Can Accutane be the cause of my stretch marks?

I've been using Acnetane 20mg for almost 2 years. I have severe stretch marks on my bum and other areas, can Acnetane be the cause of it?

I don't decrease the dose for development eczema.  Everyone is susceptible to eczema if their skin dry's out and this medicine definitely dry's skin out.  I would recommend moisturizing 2-4x/day and I usually prescribe a topical corticosteroid which resolves the issue.  Best of luck!
