Can Accutane be the cause of my stretch marks?

Isotretinoin (Accutane) should not cause any stretch marks.  It is interesting though that you have been on the medicine for 2 years.  I usually use it as a 4-6  month course and then discontinue it.  If your acne is under control, you may want to speak to your dermatologist about stopping the medication.  Best of luck!
