My nose seems to be increasing in size everyday, my surgeon has said that this is swelling and that my nose will reduce in size and shrink however it really doesn’t feel like it. It seems to be getting bigger everyday And my side profile is really long. My tip was not changed however appears to be bigger than what it was pre rhinoplasty! Please help I’m starting to worry that my nose won’t get smaller. I can’t even consider a revision, as this rhinoplasty was a already a revision.

It is not unusual for scaring to distort the mobile tip cartilage years after the original surgery. See you surgeon for options. You may want to expose those cartilages and sew them in a more symmetric position. Good luck.
