Can I place expander in forehead through hairline to raise hairline and have a hair transplant to cover the scar afterwards?

Raising a 4cm forehead using the Irregular Trichophytic Forehead Lift using tissue expansion is possible as I have done. Transplants are not normally needed with a properly done ITFL. I described this in my textbook covering tissue expansion. This would require an examination before moving forward and your surgeon should be able to show you examples of the ITFL without a scar visible with the hair pulled back.
