Hello, I understand that Coolsculpting is not FDA-approved for use on the butt (it is only approved for treating the "banana roll" under the butt). What is the reason for this? Does Coolsculpting the butt have unfavorable cosmetic results or is it unsafe? Why is it not a viable option for patients who specifically want to reduce fat on the butt itself (not the "banana roll" under the buttocks)? As long as the fat can fit into the applicator, is the butt safe to treat?
