Osseous Genioplasty: swelling and dimpling at bottom of chin two years after

Thank you for any insight you can provide. I had osseous genioplasty advancement 2.5 years ago. My surgeon has retired. I still have variable unsightly swelling and I also have dimpling at the bottom of the chin. What could this be and is there a procedure which can fix it?
