My chin sticks out further than I would like from my side profile. What would be the best way to fix this? I also have a double chin so can I get chin liposuction at the same time?

You can have a genioplasty revision, but it would involve another osteotomy. It is hard to tell without any photographs to go on, but depending on the desired look, shaving down might be easier. Or possibly a partial implant to help with the imbalance.
Your facial skeletal structure is fairly complex and it’s worthwhile getting a full comprehensive evaluation. I don’t think an implant or sliding genioplasty will be sufficient.
