Nasal Valve Collapse surgery Round 2 - What options do I have to ope my nose and reduce congestion?

I just scheduled my 3rd surgery to maybe fix my nasal issues. 1- septoplasty turbinate reduction, 2- nasal valve collapse implants. Symptoms are better but the congestion is still bad. 3rd surgery will add more Latera implants and maybe a spreader graft. I want this to be the last surgery, what other options are there to open my nose and reduce congestion?

Nasal obstruction can be caused by many factors, including septal deviation, nasal valve collapse, and turbinate hypertrophy. Depending on the degree of your collapse, Latera implants may not provide enough support. Other options include a functional rhinoplasty in which cartilage grafts are used to widen the nasal valves and to support the nasal ala. Different types of grafts can be placed depending on the location of the nasal valve collapse, such as alar batten grafts, lateral crural strut grafts, and spreader grafts. 
To help reduce congestion, saline rinses can be effective. I often will have patients add budesonide capsules to the saline rinses to help with any mucosal inflammation. This can also help optimize the quality of your nasal mucosa prior to surgery.
