I have a rather large birthmark on my face and since being an adult i constantly cover it with makeup. I have tried laser removal but it did not work for the type of birthmark I have. I’m at the point where i just would like to have it cut off and then try to deal with the scar afterwards. I would like to know would that be an option and could it happen with minimal scarring
