Mole reduction not removal?

Maria Cuevas
I have a mole that I like very much. But it has recently gained some height, gained some in diameter and faded in color a bit. I just want it to be flatter, smaller in diameter and the color to remain the same. Is that at all possible? I have read about electrolysis reduction but that seems to fade the mole and oftentimes remove it all together. Could the mole perimeter possibly be cut away and the superficial flesh sliced? Thank you.
