How will I be able to notice the spread if I removed the mole? I picked off a small, itchy black spot from my arm (it was no bigger than a millimeter or two) and It was there for about three days but didn't grow or change in anyway except for the area around it where I was scratching the itch. I picked it off about an hour ago with a needle. Will remaining cells go into my bloodstream and cause stage 4 faster? (Assuming it was a cancerous mole, I actually don't KNOW)
