I spoke to a surgeon about possibly getting a revision/ abdominal sketching and was told he wouldn't be able to do much for me . I would love a second opinion on if it's possible to receive a more sculpted revised liposuction on my abdominal area ? Pictures provided

The main problem you have in your abdomen is not excessive fat, it is saggy skin. Another liposuction will only end up with saggier and wrinkly skin and very lumpy. You look lumpy already, so it will be way worst. 
Vaser, bodytite, Jplasma or any type of liposuction will let your abdomen very lumpy. 
After you turn more than 12-18 Months postop I consider you will be candidate for Tummy Tuck 
Or Body lift because of the saggy skin you have.

it is hard to tell for sure without an examination. Based on your photos, it looks like you would benefit from liposuction. It sounds like you’ve had a previous Liposuction. If you want us to assess the outcome of a procedure including your candidacy for secondary liposuction then you need to include proper before and after pictures. If you don’t have before and after pictures ask the surgeon who did your procedure to forward the ones they took.

Secondary liposuction procedures typically don’t add much to the first procedure. Most likely mild to moderate skin laxity is what’s keeping you from getting the definition you want.

This also makes people poor candidates for high definition Liposuction sometimes referred to as etching which is I think what you meant.

To differentiate the impact that skin has on abdominal shape and contour put your skin under tension by lifting up above the area of concerns with both hands while looking in the mirror.

It’s possible that there is room for improvement but generally speaking he should not expect more than 20% of what the first procedure delivered from a secondary Liposuction result.
