I would give it another week before saying (sometimes residual swelling may stick around 2-3 wks) but it does look like it could be migrating outside of the border. Try contacting your injector to see if they would also recommend waiting one more week before injecting to dissolve. Hope this helps!
It appears the filler has been pushed up and out slightly. This tends to happen when too much filler is added at one time or the lips are over filled. Part of it has to do with shadowing and certain lighting, which can make it look worse than it actually is. You may consider going back to the injector and seeing what they say, or find another specialist/injector who has lots of experience and good reviews to get a second opinion.
