Benign vascular lesions - how can I treat these? (Photo)

I have had these red dots on my nose for a decade. I got them lasered twice years ago with no luck. Any recommendations for how to treat them? I have keloided from stitches in the past, but not lasers.

Thank you for your question! At our practice we use Excel V+ in regard to facial telangiectasia. This laser is effective for treating red facial veins with diffuse redness. A few treatments may be necessary for removal at 8–12 week intervals.
