Benign vascular lesions - how can I treat these? (Photo)

Question

I have had these red dots on my nose for a decade. I got them lasered twice years ago with no luck. Any recommendations for how to treat them? I have keloided from stitches in the past, but not lasers.

Sorry that you didn't have success with the laser treatments. But, I am not surprised.  I have been cautioning my regular followers for years to exercise a great deal of "buyer beware" caution when being offered these expensive, supposedly "next big thing" light and energy-based gizmos that are supposedly the "next big thing" to come along. They are so often "here-today-gone-tomorrow." Sorry.
Anyway, low intensity electrodessication, which I use for this, has been around for decades and has a proven track record for safety and efficacy for treating all kinds of "broken blood vessels" (telangiectasias) and small hemangiomas. You would be wise to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatologist to discuss this option  Best of luck.
