Concern About Subtle Asymmetry After Three Rhinoplasties — Should I Consider Further Revision or Leave It? (Photos)

Hi doctors, I’ve had three rhinoplasties and would love your opinion on a mild asymmetry that still bothers me. My first surgery at 18 looked great at first, but over time the cartilage on the right side seemed to move, making my nose appear twisted. My second surgeon used a rib graft to fix it, but it made the right side look bulky and uneven, and I could feel the graft moving. In my third surgery, they removed the rib graft and used ear cartilage instead. Now, over a year later, I’m genuinely happy with my nose overall — it looks natural and I can breathe well. The only issue is that from certain angles (especially front-on or in videos) it looks like my nose bends slightly to one side. It’s subtle, but it triggers my perfectionism and makes me wonder if something’s still off structurally or if it’s just lighting and camera distortion. Would you say this kind of asymmetry is normal after multiple surgeries? Is it likely to worsen over time? Would gentle pressure or massage help, or could that cause harm? I’ve thought about non-surgical filler to even it out, but I’m worried about long-term maintenance and cost. I don’t want another surgery unless it’s truly necessary. Thank you for your time and any insight you can share.Would a fourth surgery carry significant risk given the previous grafts and scar tissue?
