I had a tummy tuck and lipo suction 4 days ago. My face today has turned red and blotchy. I have been drinking more water then ever. So it's not from dehydration. Also my face burns a little bit as well. I have not been outside in the sun or exposed to anything.

Hello dear!Thanks for the question.The first thing i recommend it to talk with your doctor, because every PS has their own instructions; so you need to know about his/her answer. Having saying that, i personally recommend to my patients to wait 6 weeks after surgery.Good luck :)
Larger pieces of synthetic mesh implanted into the abdominal wall can reject. Any future reconstruction should be done with no mesh if at all possible, and with you in your best physical condition: no nicotine use, and very close to your ideal weight.
This is normal at this point in time as swelling is a good indication of healing. Swelling in your pubic area is normal for the first few weeks and it usually takes around 6 months onward for the swelling to fully subside.
