Mole removal scar indented will microneedling work to revise this? (Photos)

Had a mole removal a year ago from excision. Still some red pigmentation and a depression where it once was. Will Microneedling help even out and get the pigmentation out?

Good question! I would recommend abstaining from microneedling while on accutane. While on Accutane you healing is not as good as when you are not on accutane.  This is why many cosmetic dermatologists refrain from treating patients on isotretinoin for at least 6 months after stopping...

No, this will not impact your microneedling results. I recommend adding prp and lasers to microneedling to get the best outcomes. See an expert. Best, Dr. Emer

It is unlikely to make them worse. For broken capillaries, I recommend lasers (ProYellow, Excel V, VBeam) to give the most improvement. I recommend getting a formal evaluation with a cosmetic dermatologist. Best, Dr. Emer
