Which miraDry level should I get?

So I contacted the only place that offers miradry in Washington DC so see how which levels they use after reading reviews on some patients that has had it done. The lady I spoke to informed me that the machine only comes in one level which is a 2. I have extreme hyperhidros so I'm concerned that it won't work at that level. I've done botox which was too expensive to maintain. I had a curettage procedure done in 04 which hasn't helped what so ever. So this is my last hope.
