There is no reason to avoid a facial massage the day after Ultherapy, external ultrasound, treatment for facial or neck tightening. The ultrasound heats the dermis which stimulates new collagen production. This stimulus is not interfered by manipulation one day after the procedure. It might be wise to avoid it the same day if done after the Ultherapy as that might increase the risk of bruising, which is rare from the procedure alone.
