Hello! Im in my early 20s And I'm considering getting a v line surgery to get a smaller and sharper v shaped jaw. My side profile does not show any kind of v shaped jawline I want. However I'm terrified of sagging as I have some fat under my jaw even when I'm not overweight. I'm considering going to Korea to get this done as it seems like the surgeons over there perform this procedure more often. I just wanted some opinions on how likely I would have sagging!

You do have a short chin that is round as most short chins are. From a bony standpoint a t-shaped genioplasty is needed to being it forward and narrow it. Another option is the v-shaped anatomic chin implant if one prefers a non-bone moving approach.
Hello sunkist83
I recommend our Shaping V-line Surgery It is a surgery that perform both square jaw and front chin surgery at the same time whileminimizing the amount of bone cut off.It is a surgery that aims to creates a natural V-line shape from below the ears till the chin.
The surgical pins you refer to as the plate and screws used in the chin from v line surgery. Those titanium plates and screws can be secondarily removed.
