Is it right to consider V Line surgery for this? It looks like a drastic change, but I really want to be beautiful.

Yes., you can achieve the result on the right picture with V line surgery by resecting mandible angle on your jaw and resizing the chin. The surgeon need to examine your X ray first to see the amount of bone resection that is possible for your facial bone structure. Additionally, you can consider cheekbone reduction for a more dramatic outcome.

V line surgery would be the correct operative choice for what you are trying to achieve. There is no other way to make that type of lower facial change.
