My chin is long, wide, and protrudes. It also has a huge dimple. I'm okay with the dimple but I have a witch's profile that I hate. I'd like to reduce it in all dimensions because I feel like it makes me look masculine. I am concerned about sagging skin post-op. Should I get mini vline surgery? If so, can the surgeon do something to prevent sagging?

Answer: Chin Reduction By looking at your profile, the chin could be reduced by placing the incision in the submental crease and diminish the projection of distal portion of the mandible, just enough to improve your profile.

Answer: V line and chin and jaw shape The contour/dimension of the chin and lower jaw can be artistically reduced with what you are terming 'V'line surgery/modified. The overlying soft tissue typically redrapes naturally dependent upon age and your examination by the surgeon. But the goal is the change in bone dimensions; so there will always be an approach even if the soft tissue is judged to have low elasticity. Talk to the surgeon about it
