I have blue veins under my eyes after lower bleph w/fat transfer 6 months ago. I feel I'm more prone to swelling than the average patient and still have some swelling. Vein under the right eye is more lateral and was there (less noticeable) preop. The more apparent vein under left eye is my biggest concern; I never noticed this preop. Does vein dilation occur after fat transfer? If so, is it temporary? If not, what are available treatments? I've been told laser in this area is not safe.
