The appearance of your nose suggests that your nasal skin is not very thick. As such, I doubt that laser would be needed to produce more defined contours.

In general terms, the character of the bridge of the nose is fairly sculpted with relatively strong shadows and it may be a suitable match if the characteristics of the nasal tip would follow similar features.

The general though, you will probably find that you need a consultation in person for surgeons to evaluate the characteristics of the skin and give you more personalised advice.

Hello! Thank you for your question.Your nose looks great overall. Anyway, I recommend you a rhinoplasty surgery if you want to achieve a smaller nose. CO2 therapy won't make too much difference or changes.

Addressing a Bulbous nasal tip: you appear to have a bulbous nasal tip. This may be due to prominent alar Cartilage, or thick skin, or both. A rhinoplasty will trim the cartilage and can also trim a small amount of subcutaneous tissue making the tip thinner. If further thinning is desired, and the skin is thick, steroid injection in the postoperative period is the most effective way of thinning soft tissue after excess cartilage has already been trimmed.
