I did my Coolsculpting 4 days ago, flanks and lower abdomen. First time. I have a lot of bruising and I’m a bit swollen. All tolerable! I slept in an odd position last night and my neck hurts a lot! What can I take to help relieve pain that is not associated with CoolSculpting? Normally I would use ibuprofen (6oo mg) but it is not recommended. What CAN I take?

Answer: What can be taken for pain after CoolSculpting? You could take Tylenol for the pain in your neck following the CoolSculpting treatment to your flanks and abdomen. Some doctors may not want patients to use anti-inflammatory medications, such as advil or motrin after CoolSculpting, but others may not mind it. I think it is always best to follow the advice of the physician who treated you, so I would try to contact the office where you had your treatment.
