Should I be concerned about the swelling and large lump under my chin 1 week after CoolSculpting? (photos)

Thank You for your question. You may have some swelling for 3 to 6 months after Coolsculpting. I recommend adding hyperbaric oxygen and lymphatic massage along with your compression to help decrease swelling. To improve your final results, I also recommend Kybella combined with truSculpt iD, Thermage, Ultherapy, and Exilis for good results. Thank you for your question and photos that provide a good idea of how your recovery is progressing. While your swelling after your treatment was substantial, it does appear to be improving. Swelling is very common after CoolSculpting and can vary quite a bit from patient to patient. I would give it more time and make sure the swelling continues to improve. If you are still concerned, a follow-up examination by your physician is always a good idea to ensure you are healing well and give you peace of mind during the recovery process.

You are going to be fine.  Wow, whoever did your treatment did a great job based on the immediate post photos.  That is, they maximized the tissue in the cup.  
It is normal to have swelling for up to several weeks after Coolsculpting.  Everyone reacts a bit differently.  This is a normal body reaction to the fat injury and even the suction from the treatment.
The swelling should be completely resolved within 3-4 weeks.  Numbness in the area can last a couple of months.
