Thank you for your question.  There is no pill (vitamin or otherwise), cream, or non-surgical treatment that will safely and effectively enlarge the breasts.  Surgical breast augmentation, performed by an experienced, board-certified plastic surgeon, is the only proven safe and effective method to do so.

Creams and herbs will not work, save your money.Not many good choices to have larger implants without surgery. You can research and try "BRAVA" suction device, or gain weight (not advised). Hormone pills such as Birth Control Pills in many cases will result in a modest increase but is not predictable.Surgery is the most dependable and predictable method using implants or your own fat.

Some steroids, hormones, and medical cannibis is known to increase breast size. Young ladies, who take birth control pills, may see an increase in their breast growth. The only vitamins that I know help are those multivitamins that I recommend to my patients AFTER!! I put in breast implants (LOL).  There are no vitamins that caues the breasts to grow.
