I had gastric bypass surgery 2/2/12 and lost 84 lb. I work out/ weight train 6 days a week. I am hypothyroid & have Gilbert's Syndrome. I am scheduled for Breast Augmentation 1/3/14.

It is safer to be free of any infection prior to surgery. Your surgery may need to be postponed, however please talk to your surgeon.

It depends on when the surgery is.  You probably have time for both the cold and yeast infection to be cleared up by the time of your surgery.  Best to discuss this with your surgeon.  Good luck!

Your surgery is scheduled a couple of weeks from how.  Your cold should be resolved by then.  A yeast infection is usually not a reason to cancel surgery.

If you are not feeling well and have upper respiratory infection (cold) symptoms, please call your plastic surgeon ASAP.  It may be best to postpone your surgery.  Remember, cosmetic surgery is elective surgery.  You want to be healthy before you opt for elective surgery.  Feel better soon.

A cold (rhinovirus) usually will be be gone in a week and a vaginal yeast infection can easily be treated with anti fungal medication. If you have medical clearance for the surgery based on your other conditions, you should be fine for a breast augmentation by 01/04/14. However, you should consult your Board Certified Plastic Surgeon

Greetings,Sorry to hear that you are not feeling well so close to your upcoming surgery date. Have your primary care doctor check you out again closer to your date of surgery.   "Yeast infections" can be superficial or more serious if systemic.
