It’s been 7-8 months since I’ve been off Accutane and I’m dying for a tattoo. Is it safe now or should I wait longer?

I was on accutane for 9 months with a heavy dosage for the last 2. My acne has totally cleared up only thing that came back was my oiliness but my face still isn’t oily as it was before. I’ve gotten my eyebrows waxed with no problems as when I first started accutane I made that mistake and all the skin around my eyebrows came off as well.
