Tummy tuck scar to high - can this be lowered with a revision? (Photos)

I had a tummy tuck in August when going for the appointment to decide if I wanted one my main question was where would the scar be,I was assured you won’t see it it will be really low in your bikin line with knickers on you won’t see it at all.my scar is not in my bikini line and after going to see my surgeon and asking her why it’s so high she told me it’s in my head and it’s a beautiful scar.its not the scar I gave a issue with it’s the placement is no where near where I was told it would be.can it be lowered.im now being ignored and she has told me she will not do revision
