Based off your limited photo - there is noted heavy cheeks with nasolabial folds one side greater than the other, thick skin, minimal jowling. Being that you are still very young, minimal things to help improve your desires are needed as most procedures will be permanent and likely will need a repeat in 15-20 years. Endoscopic midface lift likely can be done to help address the nasolabial folds as you noted (but due to the limited photo, hard to give more opinion). Some buccal fat removal (very conservative) can help with slimming down the heavier cheeks to give more of an oval shape to your face. This can be done in combination to the midface life. Doing these two procedures likely will achieve what you are looking for and I would recommend starting there and not changing too much at once. Allow yourself to heal and see how you feel. Changes to the face are usually a little more sensitive versus plastic surgery changes to elsewhere on the body etc. Seek out a few different surgeons for their opinions on a full evaluation and go from there. Good luck.
